My career has spanned multiple industries and various roles. I consistently successful by seeing and synthesizing trends, identifying possibilities, and exploring solutions and solving real problems. I've been hands-on in market research, product design, data analysis, decision making, and strategy development. I've been in all areas of software development and IT, from engineering to talent. For the last three years I have been focusing on conversational AI as the key way to build deep and continuous customer relationships. 

Intrapreneurial and Entrepreneurial in approach and results, I solve through test and learn iterations. I value human-centric principles, whether in research, design, or product development. Clarifying ambiguity by discerning patterns, I pursue emerging technologies, solutions, and creative integrations.
